Storage
Please don’t leave your cheesecake at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
Keep it refrigerated, ideally in an airtight container to maintain its texture and freshness.

Shelf Life
Cheesecake slices are best enjoyed on the same day — they may dry out a little in the fridge over time. Whole cakes can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days after pickup.

Serving
For the smoothest, creamiest texture, let your cheesecake sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before serving. That said… we love it cold too! 

Slicing Tip
For the perfect slice, use a hot knife (run under hot water and wipe dry).
Wipe the knife between each cut for clean, beautiful slices.

Freezing (if needed)
Yes, you can freeze it! Wrap tightly in cling film and place in an airtight container.
Best consumed within 1 month. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
