Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Betterburnt.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Betterburnt.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Betterburnt, accessible at www.betterburnt.com.au
- You means the individual who placed an order.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
If customers need to make changes to their orders (such as changing delivery address, changing a flavour) please contact us by email on hello@betterburnt.com.au or via Instagram @betterburnt.melb with minimum 3 days’ notice period.
You are entitled to cancel your order, for which you have to serve with 3 days’ notice period to the Company and 100% refund shall be given, whereas for cancellations with at least 3 days’ notice period, we will issue a 100% order refund minus $5 cancellation fee.
If you cancel an order with less than 3 days’ notice, cancellation fee shall be 50% of your total order price which is to cover admin costs, ingredient cost incurred with the preparation of your order, the cost of losing sales which may have been taken for your scheduled pick up/ delivery date.
If you are not happy with the cakes for any reason, please photograph and contact us and send us the details, we will access and decide whether we will issue a refund or partial refund. We are not responsible for issues caused by mishandled cakes by the customers.
