All our cheesecakes are gluten-free and made with pasteurised ingredients.
Ingredients for each flavour are listed on their respective product pages. While we do our best to minimise cross-contamination and clean thoroughly between preparing each flavour, please note that our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, sesame, and peanuts. This means we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens, even if they are not listed in a specific product.
Our ingredients are not Halal certified, but we do not use alcohol or gelatine, so our cheesecakes are generally Halal-friendly by ingredient.
